Zenworks Solutions Private Limited (Zenworks, "us", "we", or "our") operates the website and the myelin mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") on behalf of the schools that engage us and get on boarded on to the Myelin Mobile application platform.
a. We are committed protecting and respecting your privacy. We do collect your personal information and personal data in accordance with the IT act 2000 (21 of 2000) and other national and state laws which relate to the processing of personal data. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. Our Privacy Policy for Zenworks is managed with the help of Privacy Policies
b. Our privacy policy is subjected to change at any time without any notice. To make you are aware of the changes, please review the policy periodically. The latest update can be found at the beginning of the policy.
c. All third party and partner firms working with us, who have access to personal information, will be expected to read and comply with this policy,. No third party may access or process personal information held by us without having first entered into a confidentially agreement.
d. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. Downloading, accessing or otherwise using the App indicates that you have read the privacy policy and consent to its terms. If you do not consent to the terms of the policy, do not proceed to download, access or otherwise use the App.

B. The App, also provides facility to update images of scanned documents, photos, video clips as part of homework. Uploading these data files is executed by the users themselves after reading the necessary consent in the app.
C. In some cases, the user may use the mobile camera to scan QR code for attendance and recording the timing. This data is strictly used as per user consent and is limited to attendance records.
D. Information about the location of your device, including geolocation information. The App may use the location of the device in case of attendance update to ensure the physical presence of the user in the premises. The user is already aware of the functionality of the App and the necessary permission is displayed in the App.
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data").
This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access the Service with a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

D. Information collected from you will be stored for such period as required to complete the transaction entered into with you or such period as mandated under the applicable laws.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We receive data from schools pertaining to the students who are under 18 years of age and use it based on their permission provided to us to use it. We do not seek or collect data directly from students.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
